Located in Stevens Point, WI, this boutique hotel is sure to wow the crowd. Based off of the movie ‘Blade Runner: The Final Cut 1982’, a unique and memorable experience was created. The design was placed into an exisitng bank in downtown Stevens Point and represented the movie physically and metaphorically. By embodying a true symbiosis through philosophical symbolism the naive interaction between nature and technology reveals itself.
Engaging hues, bold, geometric shapes, and a cohesive aesthetic encompasses a stimulating and euphoric experience. A presence of hierarchical ranking amplifies the various dimensions of humanity.

The primary objective was to craft a space that leaves a lasting impression and captures the essence of ‘Blade Runner: The Final Cut 1982.’ Balancing the preservation of the historic Associated Bank building’s integrity with the transformation into a luxury boutique hotel stands as the foremost driving force behind this project.

The wellness center was my primary focus of this hotel design. The design was based of of the futuristic ways of life from the movie inspiration. The concept of the wellness center was to reset and relax. I placed daybeds and different seating for different people to relax the way they need to.
