NEXT’s new inclusive, multi-functional and engaging work space emphasizes employee wellbeing and company contribution. The creative floor plan, mixed with bold and engaging is a place that employees gravitate to.
The design solution presents company values of mindfulness, innovation, local culture and growth. Inspired by the authenticity of each individual, the overall design solution embodies the true culture of NEXT.
It all started with an initial inspiration of a finger print. Authentic, personal and imapactful. Then came the letter “x” in the branding name. From that, I took the two and combined them to create the DNA strand logo and mofit. The DNA motif continued on through the whole design in materials, symbolic references and furniture arrangements.

The focal spaces throughout the design include a wellness room, a conference room, a project room, a work cafe and private offices. The design came to life and a cohesive engaging environment was created. Overall, the design was completed through mixed media and I practiced each step of the design phases.
